Amazon

Amazon was first launched in July 1994 by Jeff Bezos and Launched its Indian version in 2014. Amazon is an e-commerce giant and the biggest in the world. From Automobile parts to Children toys. Flipkart

Founded in 2007 as an online book Store, Flipkart is an Indian version of amazon. It was the biggest e-commerce website before Amazon came to India. Flipkart is now owned by American Company Walmart. It has nearly identical products as Amazon. During the lockdown, the Flipkart supermarket blew up. Flipkart provided groceries directly to home during the time of the pandemic in smaller towns.

Founded in 2010 IIT alumnus, snapdeal is yet another Indian e-commerce startup. It has a huge variety of products such as electronics, home and kitchen, toys, fashion, health, beauty etc. Though Snapdeal has been lacking behind by a long shot from Amazon and Flipkart it is still very popular and provides some awesome deals to its customers.

Croma is a subsidiary of the Tata group and was founded in 2006 as an offline store. But as the internet became popular Croma expanded its business online. The Tata subsidiary mainly deals in Electronics goods from Smart LEDs, Laptops, Smartphones, Printers to Refrigerators, ACs, Coolers etc. Croma has its stores present in more than 32 cities and also ships to cities where there are no Croma outlets.


Nykaa

Nykaa was founded in the year 2012 as an e-commerce website but later opened an offline store on the premises of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. Myntra just like Ajio is an online clothing, shoes, accessories selling website that is owned by Flipkart.com. Myntra was launched way back in 2007 and was acquired by Flipkart in the year 2014. That includes smartphones, laptops, TVs, washing machines, Refrigerators, Clothing and Accessories and many more. The Tata Cliq store mainly focuses on products manufactured by Tata Group for example Voltas, and Voltas Beko.
