Founded in 2007 as an online book Store, Flipkart is an Indian version of amazon. It was the biggest e-commerce website before Amazon came to India. Flipkart is now owned by American Company Walmart. Founded in 2010 IIT alumnus, snapdeal is yet another Indian e-commerce startup. It has a huge variety of products such as electronics, home and kitchen, toys, fashion, health, beauty etc. Though Snapdeal has been lacking behind by a long shot from Amazon and Flipkart it is still very popular and provides some awesome deals to its customers.

Croma is a subsidiary of the Tata group and was founded in 2006 as an offline store. But as the internet became popular Croma expanded its business online.
